While trying to develop an anti-gravity device, physics genius Quinn Mallory instead creates a device that opens portals to alternative realities. After an accident leaves them lost, Mallory and his companions: his physics professor, Professor Maximillian Arturo, his work colleague and potential love, Wade Wells, and a washed-up soul singer, Rembrandt Brown, “slide” from reality to reality in search of home.

The Simpsons are a dysfunctional family living in Springfield. Homer, the man of the house, is a safety inspector at the Nuclear Power Plant. Homer constantly spends most of his time at Moe’s Tavern getting drunk. Marge is a hard-working housewife of three children. Bart is a clever 10 year old who loves pranking others. Lisa is the genius of the Simpson family. She recieves very excellent grades in school. She is the most trusted person in school and a “principal’s pet”. Maggie is the youngest. Maggie has not spoken yet. The Simpsons get themselves in some crazy adventures. In fact, they are getting in maybe about 10,000 adventures by the time the show ends in 2010.

Miley Stewart leads a completely normal life, except for one factor. She’s teen pop sensation Hannah Montana! She lives with her fun dad Robbie Ray and dorky brother Jackson and has fun with her two best friends Lilly Truscott and Oliver Oken. She goes through average teen problems including pimples, bullies, and the occasional wicked cousin trying to reveal your secret.

In New York City, when a crime is committed, the victims are represented by two distinct yet forever intertwined forces. There’s the police department, represented here by the 27th precinct Homicide Detectives. Theres Senior Homicide Detective Cyrus Lupo and his partner Detective Kevin Bernard who both report to their boss Lieutenant Anita Van Buren. It is their job to investigate the crime, collect evidence, interview witnesses and then, when the evidence points to a suspect or suspects, place the suspect(s) under arrest. The matter is then taken over by the prosecutors of the Manhatten District Attorney’s office, Executive Assistant District Attorney Michael Cutter with support from his assistant prosecutor Connie Rubirosa who work under the watchful eye of Manhatten District Attorney John James McCoy, together they discuss deals, prepare the witnesses and evidence and conduct the people’s case in the trial. Both teams work with the Medical Examiners Office, Crime Lab and Police and District Attorney psychiatrists. Matters are rarely resolved easily, or for the people involved, satisfactorily. Crimes are committed which frequently create public unrest and controversy, race, morals and beliefs are frequently challenged and manipulated, the guilty can go unpunished and the innocent ruined forever. The detectives and prosecutors are weary, cynical, flawed, human and vulnerable. And yet they are somehow still dedicated to their jobs, to make the guilty answer for their crimes and gain some sense of justice for the victim and the victim’s family. These are their stories…

Malcolm in the Middle follows a dysfunctional family in an anonymous location. The family is headed by super-stressed supermom Lois, and eccentric child-at-heart Hal. The eldest son, Francis, once a wild youth, now lives on a ranch with his wife, Piama. Next in line is dimwitted ne’r-do-well Reece. Second youngest emerging genius and evil mind in the making Dewey, and baby Jamie, already a troublemaker, is the youngest. Smack in the middle is Malcolm, a moody certified genius who seems to be the only hope his family has. Since his discovery at the age of eleven, Malcolm has been his own worst enemy - though he’ll tell you that his family is his worst enemy.

The Bundys are a stereotypical “white trash” American family. Al is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-to-frequent amorous advances his ditsy wife Peggy, a woman who must spend most of Al’s wages at the salon and the mall. They have two children: Kelly, the stunning but superficial party animal, and Bud, who is too wrapped up in himself to realize his goal of “scoring” with a girl.

Two married couples, sometimes including a returning champion, competed in one of the first game shows to offer $1 million as a grand prize. In “$1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime,” which combined elements of “Wheel of Fortune” and “Scrabble,” the couples competed to solve word puzzles. Up to six clues were given for the puzzle’s solution; one member of each team was selected to try to guess each clue word, with letters inserted at random except for the last one. Each correct guess was worth $25 and allowed the contestant to go to the keyboard. The keyboard indicated which letters were in the puzzle, plus one “stinger” (an extra letter not in the puzzle); selecting the “stinger” meant the contestant lost his/her turn, and a new clue was played. Each selected letter revealed in the puzzle added $25 to the pot; the team that solves the puzzle won the pot. Three rounds were played, with the second round values of $50 per clue/puzzle letter and third round values of $100 each. The team with the most money after three rounds was champion, kept their winnings and advanced to the bonus round. In the bonus round, the couple selected a category from a choice of three and then are locked in an isolation booth. The couple has 60 seconds to guess six words associated with that category. For each successful bonus round win, the couple was given a cash prize ($5,000 on day 1, $10,000 on day 2), or they could give it back and continue, always at risk of losing a subsequent bonus round and thus having to leave the show. Only by winning three bonus rounds in a row did the couple win the $1 million grand prize. The $1 million was awarded as all cash during the spring 1986 season, and $900,000 plus a $100,000 luxury prize package (two Mazda cars, a house full of furniture, including a living room, dining room, bedroom, complete kitchen and outdoor spa, and twenty round-trip airline tickets to anywhere in America on Delta Air Lines) during the 1986-1987 season.

A parody of traditional beauty contests hosted by oddball comedian Rip Taylor. Mock pageant contestants would be put through a series of bizarre and embarrassing routines until one emerged as the winner. After a brief fanfare the winner was presented with her prize, worth $1.98.

The object of the game is simple…to get to the top of the Pyramid (aka “Winner’s Circle”) in the shortest time possible. But to do so, contestants must face celebrities (and vice versa) by naming as many answers in a particular category as possible within 30 seconds. If a contestant wins the main game, they get the right to go to the Winner’s Circle to try for the grand prize, which throughout the series has ranged from $10,000 to $25,000. The most popular incarnation of the series has been “The $100,000 Pyramid”, where three top contestants who have gone to the pyramid in the shortest amount of time return for a Tournament Of Champions, which the grand prize is $100,000.

Set in a small coastal, Massachusetts town named Capeside, Dawson’s Creek tells the story of four teenagers as they struggle through adolescence. This is particularly true for 15-year-olds Dawson Leery (James Van Der Beek), an introspective dreamer and Joey Potter (Katie Holmes), a precocious tomboy unaware of her beauty.
